Sales:-
Ensure operations as per HSE (Health Safety and Environment) policy and guidelines.
Carryout all operations as per ECPL policies & procedures and in compliance with law of the land.
Sales of all brands as per approved Sales Plan in the assigned territory.
Monitor and Steward market shares for all products/brands in the assigned territory.
Monitor and Steward controllable expenses for the assigned territory.
Provide support to AMM in developing sales, tech service and distribution strategy for the area.
Coordinate with MDO for execution of Tech Services Activities and involve area dealers to participate in these activities to harvest the results.
Effectively plan travel loops for economic territory coverage. Forecast sales demand from WHs and coordinate with DO / AMM for inventory planning at warehouses.
Maintain and improve dealer network in the area assigned. Selection of new dealers based on dealer network strategy agreed with AMM.
Ensure timely collection of TAR against excess shipment from supply sources as per requirement.
Ensuring display of POS material/hoarding/dealer shop boards as well as the product at dealer’s outlets. To monitor and report any issues in display of POS etc. to the AMM.
Coordinate with AMM for developing and executing social contributions in the territory.
Develops and maintain an efficient and effective dealer network through regular dealer contacts and effective communication in order to maximize Sales and achieve planned Market shares. Provides timely feedback on market situation, sales outlooks, competitor’s activities, product pricing
Control expenses and steward performance against plan.
Merchandising:-
Plan, execute & monitor BTL & merchandising activities as per overall strategy in the Area aimed to improve visibility and product placement at the outlets.
Ensure proper and timely display of POS material and literature at dealers’ outlets and prominently places (Mandis)
